About MVAA Softball

Welcome to the Softball program of the Middletown Valley Athletic Association (MVAA), where the focus is on growth and development of the young female athletes in our community. Our goal and aspiration is that each of the girls become strong individuals through honor, respect and appreciation of family, team and community. MVAA’s purpose is to instill each player to become a better stronger person through the opportunities provided in the softball program. Every year it is exciting to see the athletes learn the fundamentals and enjoy participating and competing in an organized sport. Our objective is to increase interest, appreciation and knowledge of the game, and simultaneously develop positive social values, character traits, citizenship, and physical and mental health. The MVAA Softball program strives to teach the competitive spirit to win and the courage to accept defeat, with emphasis on clean play, safety, and sportsmanlike conduct.
